HOLISTIC SKINCARE POLICY

PLEASE BE ADVISED if you  order any of our holistic skincare products  ,,please keep track with the tracking number provided as products  may melt if left in mail box or at the front door in warm temperatures,, WE ARE NOT responsible for any melted products  ,YOU are responsible for reshipping of  replaced product. THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR SWITCH OUT OF PRODUCTS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED THAT ORDER IS FINAL.. 



DAMAGED--customer is advised to send pictures of any damaged item or items within 7 days of receiving packaged(items are deemed non-refundable or exchangeable after 7 days  

MISSING ITEMS---customer have five days after receiving products to report any missing items,,,,any report after five days will not be retrievable

SKINCARE RETURNS AND REFUNDS ,, there is no exchange on skincare items ..any items returns due to incorrect shipping address ,unclaimed or refuse,,is subject to a 15% restocking fee (shipping fee is non-refundable)


Shipping

Shipping is from Monday-Thursday  All orders will be completed and shipped within 5-10 business  delivery date may change due to weather conditions


CUSTOMIZE ORDERS

customer must provide an image or example of the garment  to be constructed along with measurements and fabric or request to have  designer locate similar fabric .(which requires a $75 deposit that covers the purchase of material and travel expenses) the remaining balance will be placed towards the original agreed balance 

construction will begin once customers satisfaction has been met and total has been paid in full.  this usually takes about 1-2 weeks depending on style and available fabric.


PRE-ORDERS

all pre-orders will be open then closed within a stated time depending on product  volume. ,garments will then begin construction. shipping usually begins within 1-2 weeks of purchased weeks or less depending on volume. Once shipped most domestic orders will arrive within a week.


Orders will be sent to the buyer's address unless otherwise specified.

customers will be provided with a tracking number via email,

we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and you will be supplied with a tracking number. If you need the item quickly, please contact me before placing your order so I can adjust the shipping charges. 

Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in shipping envelopes.


Refunds and Exchanges

✧EXCHANGE ONLY  on some items (no refunds)✦✧  If what you have ordered from my shop does not meet your fancy or does not fit properly, do not hesitate to contact me and we can work out an exchange. We offer 7 day exchange on tops,skirts, bottoms, jumpsuit and dresses. No exchange on swimsuits,  custom made orders and accessories. . If you're not satisfied with the item, please contact us . Buyer is responsibility for the return shipping cost. 
 The initial shipping cost is not refundable. there is no return or exchange on used skincare products.there is a 15% restocking fee

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

international shipping usually takes between 7-15 days depending on customs, CUSTOMER  WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A CUSTOMS DECLARATION NUMBER ONCE ITEM IS SHIPPED.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SENDER IS NOT RESPONSABLE  AND IS UNABLETO TRACK ANY INTERNATIONAL ITEM ONCE SHIPPED ,,CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTACT THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR CUSTOMS TO LOCATE PACKAGE,,IF CUSTOMS REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE IT MUST BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER,,YOU CAN  CALL THE INTERNATONAL INQUIRY CENTER AT 800-222-1811 FOR TRACKING INFO


 

RESTOCKING FEE...all order returned for incorrect address, unpaid  international  duty fees charges,or item not called for ,will be subject to a 15%  restocking fee due to products being returned damaged and unsellable .this applies to local and international orders.



PAYPAL DISPUTE ,,once a dispute is filed we are no longer obligated to issue yiu a refund we will allow paypal to resolve the matter




REPAIR✦✧ please let me know if any garment or accessory piece breaks! (ie: a clothing seam rips, or feathers come out of their wraps, and such... ) I will be more than willing to fix it for you!! ~~ I focus daily to improve the quality of my work so that every piece can endure live-in wear and continuous play~~ so help me to improve my craft and don't be shy to reveal the weaknesses ~~

CUSTOM ORDERS~ always welcome! if you would like a variation on a design that I currently offer, write me your vision ~ I absolutely love making custom pieces.
✧ I generally will not take on custom orders that stray too far from my current product line, because it just isn't practical for me to cut new patterns and invest in different materials. 
✧ All custom orders will be held to my copyright. The respect of this is greatly appreciated
WHOLESALE~ At this time I am keeping all of my work exclusive to my shop.

PRICING~ I price my work very true to its value for the time and materials it takes to go into each piece. If I ever raise the price of an item, it is only after much consideration and carefully calculated math. The main reason I would ever raise the price on an item is because my cost of materials has gone up, and it is the only way I can continue to produce my product. 

COUPON CODES~ I do not offer coupon codes because, as stated above, I price my work very true to its value and do not wish to raise prices so that I can use coupon codes as a marketing strategy. However, I do sometimes put items on sale seasonally to clean out any back stock ~ so keep an eye out for a "sale" section in my shop for discounted treasures.
